GOLD SCAFFOLD – PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION CLARIFICATION TEXT

1. Data Controller
This clarification text has been prepared in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) regarding the processing of personal data obtained by Gold Scaffold during job and internship application processes.

2. Processed Personal Data
The following personal data are processed during the application process:

  • Identification Information (Name, Surname, Date of Birth, etc.)

  • Contact Information (Phone, Email, etc.)

  • Educational and Professional Information

  • Applied Position

  • Information included in CVs and supporting documents

  • Interview notes, reference information (if any)

3. Purposes of Processing Personal Data
Your collected personal data are processed for the following purposes:

  • Conducting recruitment/intern selection and placement processes

  • Evaluating applications and establishing communication

  • Fulfilling legal obligations

  • Providing information to authorized persons, institutions, and organizations

4. Transfer of Personal Data
Your data may be transferred, in line with the purposes mentioned above:

  • To official institutions and organizations as required by legal obligations

  • To consultancy firms assisting in human resources processes
    in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK.

5. Method of Collection and Legal Basis of Personal Data
Your personal data are collected electronically or physically through our website, email, application forms, job interviews, and similar channels, and are processed based on Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK.

6. Your Rights Under KVKK
According to Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • To learn whether your personal data are being processed

  • To request information if your data are processed

  • To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is being used in accordance with that purpose

  • To know the third parties to whom your data are transferred domestically or abroad

  • To request correction if your data are incomplete or inaccurately processed

  • To request deletion or destruction within legal requirements

  • To request notification of transactions to third parties to whom your data have been transferred

  • To object to outcomes against you resulting from the analysis of your data solely through automated systems

  • To request compensation for damages resulting from unlawful processing of your data
